I'm an experienced Corporate Affairs Director with 20 years' experience in-house and in agency. I've worked with global businesses across health and life sciences, financial services and infrastructure among other sectors. I've been lucky enough to have broad and varied remits globally and nationally covering: strategic counsel to boards; brand building; reputation issues and crises; sustainability, social impact and ESG; public affairs; regulatory engagement; financial comms; change and transformation and colleague engagement. I've also worked in strategy and M&A teams and had an early career as a corporate lawyer as well as stints around UK politics. 

Until recently, I was at Bupa, the global healthcare company. I spent 9 years there in Group and UK roles, including as Group Corporate Affairs Director and UK Corporate Affairs Director. In other roles, I led global and UK divisional external relations, public affairs and sustainability teams. Before Bupa, I spent 11 years in agency roles at MHP Communications and at a public affairs consultancy. I'm a trustee of a mental health charity and an active mentor to people in our industry. Currently, I'm freelancing between roles as well as taking some time out for family and personal projects.
